By contacting Fogla Ashram Vrindavan for accommodation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking Process
- All bookings are informal and processed through direct communication via phone call or WhatsApp
- Room availability is confirmed only after direct conversation with our staff
- Booking confirmation is provided verbally or through WhatsApp message
- We recommend calling or messaging at least 24 hours in advance for room availability
Pricing and Payment
Room Rates
- 2 Person Room: ₹1,250 (AC) / ₹1,020 (Non-AC) per night
- 4 Person Room: ₹2,250 (AC) / ₹1,950 (Non-AC) per night
- 6-8 Person Room: ₹3,650 (AC) / ₹3,250 (Non-AC) per night
- 10-15 Person Room: ₹4,500 (AC) / ₹4,250 (Non-AC) per night
Payment Terms
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is typically made upon arrival or as agreed during booking
- We accept cash payments
- Prices may vary during peak seasons and festivals
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated via phone or WhatsApp
- No refunds are provided once a room booking is confirmed and payment is made
- In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
- If we cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in subject to room availability
- Valid ID proof required for all guests
- Guest registration mandatory as per local regulations
Check-out
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Late check-out may incur additional charges
- Room inspection will be conducted upon check-out
Guest Guidelines and Conduct
As a spiritual accommodation facility, we maintain certain guidelines to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests:
General Conduct
- Maintain peaceful and respectful behavior at all times
- Respect other guests' privacy and need for quiet
- Follow ashram timings and guidelines
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited
- Non-vegetarian food is not allowed on the premises
- Loud music or noise is not permitted
Spiritual Environment
- Dress modestly and appropriately
- Participate respectfully in any spiritual activities if you choose to join
- Maintain the sanctity of the ashram environment
- Follow temple etiquette when visiting nearby sacred sites
Facilities and Amenities
What We Provide

- Basic bed linens and towels

- Peaceful environment for meditation and prayer
What We Don't Provide
- Room service or daily housekeeping
- Television or entertainment systems
- Air conditioning in non-AC rooms
- Meals (available on request for additional cost)
Liability and Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables
- Fogla Ashram is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to ashram property
- We are not responsible for any injury or accident on the premises
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk
Health and Safety
- Guests with health conditions should inform us during booking
- Basic first aid is available, but medical emergencies require external medical attention
- Guests are responsible for their own health insurance and medical expenses
- Follow all safety instructions provided by ashram staff
Termination of Stay
We reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund in the following cases:
- Violation of ashram guidelines or conduct rules
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Damage to property
- Non-compliance with spiritual environment requirements
- Any illegal activities
Force Majeure
Fogla Ashram shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
- Utility failures or infrastructure problems
Modifications to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
